Room Rental Fee (Prices effective August 1, 2006 )

*Prices do not include tax and are subject to change without notice. Gwinnett County Tax of 6% will be applied to all costs.

Room Rentals include the following:

• Tables & Chairs (Tablecloth and Chair Covers are additional)
• Swag Drapery Stage (16ft tall)
• Sweetheart Table (draped & on stage)
• Bridesmaid & Groomsmen table on stage (optional)
• 2 Cake Tables (Wedding Cake + Groom's Cake)
• Floating Candles Centerpiece w/ Rose Petals
• Stage Lights
• Baby Grand Piano
• Cocktails, Beer & Wine brought in through your Caterer
• Custom Made Mahogany Bar
• Red Carpet Mat (in entryway)

Options

• Spot Light & Dance Lights - $150
• Technician to operate lighting - $100/6 hours
• Tablecloth - Prices vary depending on dimensions
• LCD Projector & 10' x 10' Roll Down Screen - $200
• LCD Projector & 14' x 20' Roll Down Movie Screen - $350
• On-Site Coordinator - $125

Wedding Ceremony:
If you would like to have both a Ceremony and Reception at the KTN Ballroom, there is an additional $500 charge for an additional 3 hours of time to hold the ceremony. Please coordinate with your caterer to see if they are able to flip the room. If not, there will be an additional charge of $500 - $800 for the KTN Ballroom staff to flip the room. Flipping the room usually takes 45 to 60 minutes to complete. During the room transition, guests are escorted to the outdoor mingling area or in our lobby for refreshments or cocktails.

Optional Upgades:

• Chair Covers I : White cotton chair cover with platinum or wine colored organza ribbon  $3.25/per chair (set up included). For own set up of chair covers, they are $3.00/per chair.
• Chair Covers II : Quilted ivory satin chair covers edged with gold rope.  $3.25/per chair. Various sashes are available, please contact sales consultant for more information.
• Upgraded Centerpieces : $19.00 - $45.00/per centerpiece

Outside Catering Logistics:
Caterers must be selected from the preferred caterers list. If there are special circumstances regarding the type of cuisine you would like to serve and one of our preferred caterers can not accommodate this type of cuisine, please contact the sales consultant for regulations on outside catering).  All caterers must have a valid business license, food permit and insurance.
